Minimum requirements
- Matric; Accounting as a subject advantageous
- Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification advantageous
- Proven experience in legal bookkeeping and accounting, including Trust and Business accounts
- Strong experience with Trust account reconciliations and management of Business Creditors
- Experience with S86(4) Client Investments, including interest calculations and reconciliations
- Knowledge of VAT, including monthly VAT reconciliations and VAT201 submissions
- Experience assisting with annual audits and compliance with LPA Act Accounting Rules
- nowledge of FIC/FICA-related transaction reporting and compliance
- Experience with Lexpro Legal Accounting Software advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
