Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Handle objections and close sales professionally.

Capture and maintain accurate customer information.

Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and relevant legislation.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining ethical sales practices.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) - non-Negotiable .

Minimum 1 year’s outbound call centre sales experience (financial services advantageous).

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Computer literate (CRM systems and Microsoft Office).

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and customer focus.

What We Offer

Basic salary: R5,240 – R13,500 (depending on experience).

Uncapped profit share (commission).

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:00

Friday: 08:00–13:30

Two Saturdays per month (08:00-13:00)
