Project Engineer

As part of this journey, we're looking for an experienced Project Engineer to lead engineering projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and operational performance in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-of-end projects, implement new technologies, and contribute to the future of manufacturing.

Your Impact

• Lead engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Support the integration of new technologies and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Optimize equipment reliability, maintenance strategies, and operational performance.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years' engineering experience within a high-volume FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and project execution experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and Work Process Integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
