Project Architect - Cape Town

An established architectural practice in Cape Town is looking for a Project Architect who can lead projects from concept through to completion. We’re seeking someone who combines strong design ability with technical expertise and practical site experience.

• Lead architectural projects through all six work stages, from concept design to completion.
• Develop design solutions and oversee technical documentation in Revit.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider project team.
• Attend site meetings, address technical queries and support construction delivery.
• Manage project deliverables, quality and timelines.

• SACAP-registered Professional Architect

• Proven experience as a project lead.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Experience across all six architectural work stages.
• Practical site experience.
• Ability to produce aesthetically considered designs and technically sound documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High-end residential experience or knowledge would be advantageous.
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your work, abilities, and contribution to projects.
