Architectural Professional – SACAP Registered

FOCI Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Professional for an upcoming infrastructure and building project.

The successful candidate must be professionally registered with SACAP and have strong post-registration experience in architectural design and project implementation within industrial or infrastructure environments.

Minimum Requirements

• Professionally registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)
• Formal qualification in Architectural Studies, Architecture or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-professional-registration experience
• Proven experience in architectural design and project implementation
• Experience on industrial, infrastructure or complex building facilities
• Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure project teams
• Ability to coordinate architectural requirements with civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, technical documentation and construction deliverables
• Strong understanding of applicable building regulations, standards and statutory requirements

• Updated CV clearly demonstrating at least 5 years’ relevant post-registration experience
• Certified copy of architectural qualification
• Certified copy of ID
• Certified copy of valid SACAP registration certificate

Certified documents must be certified within the last three months.
