WE’RE HIRING | PPE SALES ASSISTANT

Supply Africa is looking for an energetic, customer-focused PPE Sales Assistant to join our team in Pretoria.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of great service, and is ready to build their knowledge and career in the PPE, safety and workwear industry.

Pretoria Based

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting customers with PPE, safety and workwear enquiries

• Preparing quotes and following up on sales opportunities

• Helping customers select the right products for their requirements

• Processing orders accurately and efficiently

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Following up with customers, suppliers and internal teams

• Learning our PPE, safety footwear, workwear and protective equipment ranges

• Supporting the sales team in achieving targets

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and people skills

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Good organisational and follow-up skills

• Confident using email, Microsoft Office and online systems

• Reliable, energetic and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

What will give you an advantage

Previous sales or customer service experience

PPE, workwear or safety-product knowledge

B2B or corporate sales experience

Experience preparing quotations and processing orders

E-commerce or online sales experience

CRM experience
