Transport Manager

One of our QSR / FMCG clients are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Transport Manager to manage their team in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate with Higher Grade Math.
• Tertiary Diploma, Degree or, Honors Degree in Logistics and Transportation Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years' management experience within Transport.
• Proven experience managing 100+ staff.
• Strong driver management experience.
• Proven route scheduling and planning and fleet management experience.
• Strong people management experience.
• Experience initiating and chairing disciplinary enquiries/hearings.
• Knowledge and experience in Health & Safety management.
• Experience within Warehousing, Distribution, QSR and/or FMCG environments.
