Real Estate Marketing Manager

I am building a marketing team at RE/MAX Panache and am looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to build our in-house marketing team from the ground up and turn our brand into a steady source of leads for our agents.

The brief is simple

Build and lead an in-house team that owns our digital marketing, social media and branding. Further entrench RE/MAX Panache as the most recognised agency in our market. Get qualified buyer and seller leads into our agents' hands every week.

What you'll own

• A marketing strategy that ties spend and content directly to leads and listings
• Hiring, growing and leading a small in-house team (content, design, paid media)
• Our brand across social, web, email, video and print, locally and within the RE/MAX network
• Paid campaigns on Meta, Google and the property portals, measured on cost per lead, not likes
• Lead capture, tracking and handover systems, so no enquiry goes cold
• Helping each agent build a personal brand that sits well under the agency's
• Monthly reporting to the Principal on what's working, what isn't, and what's next

You're probably right for this if

• You have 4+ years in marketing, with real ownership of digital and social results
• You've built or led a team, or you're ready to step up and do it
• You think in funnels, numbers and conversion, but still care about great creative
• You're hands-on enough to make the first reels and campaigns yourself while you build the team
• Property, franchise or service-business experience is a strong plus
