We are expanding our corporate client base and looking for a motivated Independent Sales Representative to secure corporate contracts.

The Opportunity

• 100% Commission-Based (High Earning Potential): We offer a commission structure (15% to start, 20% - 30% based on performance after 3 months per closed contract), meaning significant payouts on high-ticket corporate packages.
• Full Flexibility: This is a fully remote, independent contractor role. Work on your own schedule and leverage your existing network.
• Warm Positioning: We provide you with a polished pitch deck, clear package tiers, and case studies so you have everything you need to close deals.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pitch decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Wellness Coordinators, People & Culture Managers).
• Source leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and your existing corporate contacts.
• Present SALT Escape’s unique wellness packages and navigate the B2B sales cycle from initial hook to contract sign-off.

Who You Are

• A proven track record in B2B sales, corporate prospecting, or high-ticket wellness/travel sales.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional approach to pitching executive-level clients.
• Self-motivated and driven by uncapped commission potential.
