About the Opportunity
F209 Events & Hospitality is looking for a proactive, organised and creative Marketing & Events Intern to join our team.
This internship offers an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate who would like to gain practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic events and hospitality environment.
Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator and the broader F209 Events & Hospitality team, the successful candidate will support a variety of marketing, communications, administrative and event-related activities.
The role will provide exposure to digital content creation, social media, corporate communications, procurement administration, marketing coordination and the planning of regional events and projects.
- The Marketing & Events Intern will assist with:
- Creating and coordinating digital and marketing content;
- Supporting the management and scheduling of social media content;
- Assisting with corporate communications and marketing materials;
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities;
- Assisting with procurement-related administration and coordination;
- Maintaining marketing records, documentation and project information;
- Supporting the planning and preparation of events and regional projects;
- Coordinating event-related marketing materials and logistical requirements;
- Assisting with research, supplier coordination and general project administration;
- Supporting the Marketing Coordinator with day-to-day marketing activities and deliverables;
- Providing general administrative support to the F209 Events & Hospitality team where required.
- A Diploma or relevant qualification in: Marketing, Communications; Event Management; Business Administration;or a related field.
- Students nearing completion of their qualification and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
