RMHE Team Lead PtP

We are looking for an experienced and proactive RMHE Team Lead, PTP to lead the Resource Management Hired Equipment (RM: HE) team's planning, monitoring and reporting activities on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will support the effective execution of Hired Equipment Procure-to-Pay (PtP) transactions through the SAP Notification process.The role will also ensure the safe, compliant and timely mobilisation, extension and demobilisation of hired equipment, while verifying supplier service delivery in line with business requirements, commercial contracts, Supply Chain governance and agreed Supplier KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the RM: HE team's proactive planning, monitoring and reporting activities.
• Coordinate and oversee Hired Equipment Procure-to-Pay (PtP) transactions.
• Ensure effective execution of transactions through the SAP Notification process.
• Monitor SCOT (Safety Compliant and On Time in Full) mobilisation, extensions and demobilisation of hired equipment.
• Verify Hired Equipment service delivery by suppliers to OME end users.
• Ensure compliance with Resource Management work instructions and commercial contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs.
• Support Supply Chain governance and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Identify and address operational issues proactively.
• Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to deadlines.
• Lead the team in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.

Minimum Requirements

Formal Education

• National Senior Certificate / Diploma; or
• University Bachelor's Degree.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree: 3–4 years relevant Hub or similar experience.
• National Senior Certificate/Diploma: 6+ years relevant Hub or similar experience.

Essential Requirements

• Experience with the Sasol Supply Chain (SC) Process and Governance Framework – Must.
• SAP Procure-to-Pay (PtP) knowledge – Must.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including:
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal departmental processes.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
