We're looking for an Internal Broker Consultant who understands that.
Working within
Broker Distribution: Inland in the Insure business, this role supports Broker Consultants in processing sales transactions and managing broker portfolios within required company standards. You'll play an important role in supporting the attraction, development, and retention of profitable business while providing product support, maintaining strong broker relationships, and delivering efficient and effective customer service.

- 3 to 5 years' related Short-Term Insurance experience in a relevant or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to support Broker Consultants in identifying and converting business opportunities.
- A solid understanding of TCF principles and the importance of delivering fair customer outcomes.
- Strong relationship management capabilities, with the ability to build trust, collaboration, and long-term engagement with brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of short-term insurance underwriting principles, including risk selection, pricing, coverage, rating, and reinsurance requirements.
- The ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative risk information and support sound underwriting decisions.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage quotes, renewals, outstanding requirements, and portfolio administration effectively.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to responsive, professional, and efficient service delivery.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to contribute to improvements in products, processes, policies, and sales practices.
