Project Manager

My client based in Woodstock (Cape Town) is currently looking for 2 x Seasoned IT Project Managers to join them on contract

Role 1 Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

Role 2 Security, network and infrastructure

Cape Town based

4 Days in office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of complex business and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead project implementation, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, financial forecasts and expenditure.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, including Steering Committee meetings, reporting and executive presentations.
• Engage with Group Executives, senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams across technical, infrastructure, security, data and business environments.
• Oversee projects relating to security, network and infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and data integration.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates, progress reports and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and agreed governance standards.
• Drive successful project implementation while managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Security, network and infrastructure.
• Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Data integration and data-related technology projects.
