WE'RE HIRING | AMAZON CATALOGUE SPECIALIST

HEYA Solutions South Africa is looking for an experienced Amazon Catalogue Specialist to join our growing eCommerce support team.

This role is for someone who already understands Amazon Seller Central and the day-to-day work of managing, optimising, and troubleshooting product listings at scale. You will be supporting a client's Amazon operations directly, helping ensure that the catalogue is accurate, compliant, and set up to perform.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Creating, uploading, and maintaining product listings on Amazon Seller Central
  • Managing and correcting catalogue errors, suppressed listings, and flat file uploads
  • Optimising product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords for search performance
  • Managing parent/child variations and ensuring listings are correctly categorised
  • Monitoring listing health, resolving stranded inventory, and fixing listing hijacks or content issues
  • Working with brand registry tools, A+ Content, and Storefront updates
  • Investigating and resolving catalogue-related case logs with Amazon Seller Support
  • Tracking competitor listings, pricing, and catalogue changes where relevant
  • Ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and up to date across all marketplaces
  • Coordinating with the U.S.-based team on catalogue priorities, new product launches, and listing updates
  • Keeping detailed records of changes, issues, and resolutions within client systems

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • We are ideally looking for someone with previous hands-on experience managing an Amazon catalogue through Seller Central.
  • Experience with flat file uploads, listing troubleshooting, and Amazon's category/attribute requirements is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with A+ Content, Brand Registry, and listing optimisation best practices would be highly beneficial.
  • You need to be highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing large volumes of SKUs, changes, and deadlines at once.
  • Strong written English communication skills are required, along with the confidence to liaise directly with a U.S.-based team.
  • Previous experience working within an eCommerce, Amazon agency, or marketplace management environment would be highly advantageous.

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (IN-OFFICE)

Position: Full-Time

Working Hours: US Business Hours
