KEY DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
SALES
- Generate new seller and buyer leads
- Prospect for new business and build a client base
- List and market properties
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions
- Maintain regular client follow-ups
- Guide clients through the sales process
RENTALS
- Generate new landlord and tenant leads
- Source and market rental properties
- Qualify prospective tenants
- Conduct property viewings
- Process rental applications and required documentation
- Facilitate lease agreements
- Fresh entrants to the industry are welcome
- Experienced/seasoned agents are encouraged to apply
