Account Manager & Talent Coordinator Manage client relationships, coordinate international creative talent and support photography and videography projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. Remote - South Africa (Cape Town Focus) | Remote | Monday to Friday, UK Working Hours | R30,000 - R38,000 per month ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is a rapidly growing international photography and videography agency representing a trusted network of photographers and videographers across more than 30 countries. The agency delivers high-quality visual content for globally recognised brands, agencies and organisations. Its work spans corporate events, conferences, brand activations, sports events, hospitality, portraiture and lifestyle campaigns. The agency provides clients with a single point of contact while managing creative talent, logistics, production and delivery across multiple cities and countries. THE ROLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER & TALENT COORDINATOR The Account Manager & Talent Coordinator is a varied, fast-paced position combining account management, operations, talent sourcing and business support. You will manage client enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate photographers and videographers, onboard new creative talent and support projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. The role requires someone comfortable taking ownership, managing multiple priorities and working independently in a remote environment, with regular communication across different countries and time zones. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client & Account Management Respond to inbound client enquiries professionally and promptly. Qualify opportunities and gather the information required to prepare proposals and quotations. Prepare client proposals, quotations and presentations. Manage CRM records and sales pipeline activity. Support client communications throughout the booking process. Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, venues and industry partners. Assist with business development and lead generation activities. Follow up on proposals and identify opportunities to maximise conversion rates. Talent Sourcing & Network Development Identify, assess and recruit exceptional photographers and videographers internationally. Conduct portfolio reviews and initial screening calls with prospective creatives. Manage onboarding processes for new photographers and videographers. Build and maintain a strong global network of trusted creative talent. Negotiate rates, availability and working arrangements. Maintain accurate records of creative talent, specialisms, locations and availability. Help expand creative coverage across key international markets. Operations & Production Support Coordinate photographer and videographer bookings. Brief creative teams and ensure all project information is communicated clearly. Assist with scheduling, logistics and supplier coordination. Manage contracts, booking confirmations and project administration. Support invoicing and financial administration processes. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Identify opportunities to improve internal systems, processes and efficiency. Marketing & Content Support Assist with website updates using Squarespace. Support blog creation and SEO-focused content updates. Assist with social media content planning and publishing. Create presentations, sales decks and marketing materials. Help maintain consistency across company communications and branding. ABOUT YOU Experience working within photography, videography, creative production, events, marketing or agency environments. Previous photography and/or videography agency experience. Remote working experience. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes. Experience preparing proposals, quotations or client-facing documentation. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. High level of customer service and relationship management skills. Strong organisational, project management and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Experience working in a very fast-paced environment. Strong CRM experience, with systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LightBlue or similar. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment. Organised, proactive, personable and commercially aware. Comfortable building relationships, solving problems and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable communicating with clients and creatives across different countries and time zones. Able to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision. Genuine interest in photography, videography, events or creative production. Good work ethic and a long-term approach. Can-do attitude. Detail-oriented. Strong communication skills. Able to use common sense and work without relying on AI at all times. Trustworthy, calm and responsible. Desirable Experience Experience recruiting, onboarding or managing freelance creatives. Knowledge of photography and/or video production workflows. Experience coordinating events, productions or creative projects. Experience with Squarespace website management. Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
