We are looking for an experienced Professional Architect to join our team.
The role is suited to someone who is technically strong, confident on site, and experienced in taking projects through tender, construction and close-out.
Key requirements:
- SACAP registered Professional Architect
- Several years’ relevant experience
- Strong technical and construction documentation skills
- Good knowledge of JBCC contracts and contract administration
- Experience with tenders, RFIs, variations and site meetings
- Strong consultant and contractor coordination skills
- Confident with site inspections and resolving technical issues
- Revit proficiency
- Able to manage projects independently and take ownership of delivery
Experience in healthcare, commercial, residential or industrial projects would be advantageous.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who is practical, organised and confident in both the office and on site.
