• Managing audit and independent review engagements from initial planning right through to completion.

• Reviewing, guiding, and supervising the work performed by junior trainees.

• Training and mentoring trainees to help develop talent within the team.

• Partnering with directors on day-to-day client portfolio and engagement management.

• Supporting the overall strategic planning and smooth execution of client projects.

• Completed SAICA articles (essential).

• Relevant undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Solid working experience with CaseWare Working Papers.

• Prior experience supervising or reviewing trainee work is highly advantageous.

• Energetic, quick-thinking, and passionate about professional growth.
