Operations Administrator

Are you an organised, detail-oriented administrator with 2–5 years’ experience working in the trucking, transport, or fleet industry?
We’re looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Department
- Assist with the preparation, processing, and filing of job cards
- Capture and maintain driver and vehicle time sheets
- Compile and maintain department-related reports and records
- Monitor and assist with vehicle tracking
- Keep accurate records of vehicle movements, maintenance, and related documentation
- Assist with fleet scheduling and general coordination
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and related queries
- Ensure information and records are accurate and up to date
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ relevant administrative experience
- Previous experience in a trucking, transport, logistics, or similar environment is essential
- Strong computer skills, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with vehicle tracking systems will be an advantage
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
