As we continue expanding nationally, we are looking for motivated individuals to assist with merchant acquisition and business development.

Role Overview

We are seeking Sales Associates to support the expansion of the diginu platform across South Africa.

This role focuses on identifying and engaging new business sectors, client acquisition and merchant categories for expansion onto the diginu platform. Responsibilities include introducing customers and merchants to the platform, explaining the available marketing and customer engagement benefits, and assisting customers and businesses through the onboarding process.

Please Note: This is an independent contractor / side-hustle opportunity with flexible hours and commission-based earnings linked to merchant activity. It is ideal for individuals looking to build an extra income stream on their own schedule, not a traditional salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants and business owners
• Introduce merchants to the diginu platform and its benefits
• Assist merchants with onboarding and activation
• Build and maintain professional business relationships
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new industries and market segments
• Participate in ongoing product and marketing training

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience is advantageous
• Interest in technology, e-commerce, or digital platforms is beneficial
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
