- Familiarity with AI evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Secure coding practices

- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and AI orchestration frameworks is desirable.

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct with the feature team members, system analysis, design, development and testing for their assigned
- technical products or applications within the context of an agile/DevOps delivery model.
- Create solutions and solve problems using a cloud-native toolchain and AI coding assistants as a standard part
- of delivery,
- Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
- Work to ensure that systems are safe and secure against Cybersecurity threats.
- Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines to maintain quality control and deployment agility.
- Resolve escalated support topics as part of tier-2/3 DevOps team to ensure the highest availability of critical
- applications.
- Plan and execute upgrade of existing applications, tools, and features.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
Qualification/Experience
- IT Degree / Diploma
- experience with Angular and/or Java applications, min 10+ years
- experience with AI-assisted engineering practices
