Reports to: Director

Base salary: R23,000–R40,000, depending on experience

Additional earnings: Commission structure and incentive bonuses

Travel: Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client, KWT Beverages, is a South African beverage manufacturer supplying retailers, distributors and hospitality businesses. Its products are stocked by retailers including Pick n Pay, SPAR, Makro and Walmart, among others. Its range includes water, fruit juices, ginger beer, sparkling beverages, and premium mixers, as well as private-label manufacturing services. With a focus on quality, innovation and long-term customer relationships, KWT Beverages is seeking a Sales Representative to grow its customer base and strengthen its presence across retail, wholesale and hospitality channels.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, KWT Beverages, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow sales, win new business and build strong customer relationships across retail, wholesale and hospitality channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads, negotiate deals and meet sales targets.

• Build customer relationships through regular visits and responsive support.

• Ensure product availability and visibility at point of sale.

• Coordinate promotions, activations, promoters and promotional stock; track results and ROI.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report on sales, forecasts and customer feedback.

• Coordinate orders, stock checks, stock rotation and deliveries with logistics teams and drivers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / Matric is essential.

• A qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management is advantageous.

• Ability to generate leads, close deals and achieve sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building and organisational skills.

• Confidence and resilience in a busy, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in English; additional local languages are advantageous.

• Valid South African driver’s licence, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively.
