AI Enablement Coach

Our client is seeking a hands-on AI Enablement Coach to support Operations & Administration through 31 March 2027. This role is focused on practical AI adoption, helping management and employees use approved AI tools effectively, safely, and confidently in their everyday work. Please note that this a contract role.

Skills Required

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience enabling and coaching users of deployed AI solutions.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, communication, and change-adoption skills.
• Ability to translate operational problems into practical AI-assisted processes.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Sound understanding of responsible AI, privacy, and information-security principles.
• Financial-services or regulated-operations experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to work hands-on with business users and deliver practical, outcome-focused enablement.
