SAQ Manager (Telecommunications)

• Managing supervisors and SBCs to obtain leases and permits within / prior to SAQ timeframes.
• Location application preparation and follow up, Gap Analysis, Target allocation and Delivery Responsibility (Co-op).

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years SAQ experience, covering both collocations and new site acquisition.
• Previous experience within the Telecoms environment, preferably with an operator such as MTN, Vodacom or Cell C, or a telecoms vendor such as Huawei or Ericsson.
• In-depth knowledge of lease drafting, amendments and signing, permitting requirements and network requirements.
• Ability to interpret lease changes and telecoms by-laws relating to local authority permitting for telecommunications.
• Established experience within the Telecoms SAQ environment.
• Good relationships with TowerCos and MNOs, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders on a daily basis regarding escalations and delivery/progress.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.

• In depth knowledge of Lease drafting, amendments and signing, permitting requirements, and Network requirements.
• Must be able to interpret lease changes.
• Ability to interpret Telecoms bylaws and any changes as it relates to the local authority permitting for Telecommunications.
• Previous established experience in the Telecoms SAQ Environment.
• Good relationships with TowerCos and MNOs and ability to engage with stakeholders on a daily basis for escalations and progress achievement.
• Must have an outgoing personality and strong engagement skills.
