Qualifications

• Minimum of a professional draughting certificate.
• 1-3 years of drafting experience in the Mechanical draughting field.
• Must be willing to draw components and military vehicles.
• Onshape or SolidWorks preferred, or a relevant 3D CAD package.
• Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and Draughting- interfaces with Mechanical Designer or Senior Design Engineer.
• Prepare Solid Models of components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies, using the business file structure guidelines and numbering protocol.
• Prepare detailed layout and manufacturing drawings of components and assemblies.
• Production support, capturing of red-line drawings during the building and prototype phase.
