- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Must be able to perform against Targets
- Strong communication and negotiation Skill set
- GRADE12 Certificate
- RE5 Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles – If applicable ito DOFA
- COB Completed – If applicable ito DOFA
- NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits – If applicable ito DOFA
