Machine Learning Engineer | Intermediate / Senior

Our client is seeking a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join an expanding AI team and help deliver reliable, production-ready data and AI solutions. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys moving beyond experimentation to building scalable solutions that create real-world impact.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years’ experience in data science, machine learning and/or data engineering., 2+ years’ hands-on software development experience using Python, 1+ years’ experience working with public cloud platforms, with AWS experience essential.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in data science, machine learning and/or data engineering.
• 2+ years’ hands-on software development experience using Python.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• 1+ years’ experience working with public cloud platforms, with AWS experience essential.
• Understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle, including training, tuning, deployment, monitoring and MLOps.
• Experience developing scalable ML infrastructure and AI-powered applications or APIs.
• Strong software engineering principles, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable and testable code.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• A proactive, autonomous approach with a willingness to take ownership and grow into leadership.

Advantageous

• AWS certification or Cloud Native Computing experience.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.
• Open-source, startup, side-project or product development experience.
• Master’s or PhD in AI, Machine Learning or a related field.
