Graduate/Junior C++ Engineer

• Develop operator-facing application software in C++

• Own features from requirements → design → development → testing

• Work across both front-end and back-end

• Research new technologies and understand complex user requirements

• Contribute to software design, testing, documentation and verification

• Work closely with a collaborative engineering team

• BSc Hons Computer Science /BEng Engineering

• Exceptional aka cum laude / as close to cum laude academic record

• Strong experience with C++

• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design & software patterns

• Experience with Git, Subversion or Perforce

• Agile / Jira experience

Bonus points for

• Modern C++ (C++11+)

• XML, XSLT, JSON, YAML or XML Schema

• MSc in Computer Science or Engineering
