Residential Rental Property Broker - Bedfordview/Edenvale

Kingstons Real Estate is expanding its Residential Rental Division in Bedfordview/Edenvale and we're looking for ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team.

Whether you're an experienced rental broker or looking to enter the property industry for the first time, we'd love to hear from you!

No previous real estate experience required – full training and ongoing support provided.

• Source and list residential rental properties.

• Generate new business through canvassing, prospecting and networking.

• Market rental properties and conduct property viewings.

• Assist with tenant applications, screening and lease agreements.

• Facilitate successful tenant placements.

• Conduct incoming and outgoing property inspections and key handovers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Work closely with our dedicated Rental Administration and Property Management team.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.

No previous real estate experience required – full training provided!
