Technical Maintenance / Production Supervisor - Paarl

Our client an established Paarl-based business operating across retail and contract packaging are looking for a Technical Maintenance / Production Supervisor.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced production environment. We are looking for a technically capable individual to oversee the operation and maintenance of form-fill-seal (FFS) machinery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and oversee form-fill-seal (FFS) machines in terms of general operational maintenance.

Carry out routine machine maintenance and repairs.

Troubleshoot mechanical or operational problems and minimise production downtime.

Supervise production staff and coordinate daily workflow – the is the overall capacity supervision not

individual staff.

Monitor production output and help ensure targets are met.

Maintain product quality and production standards

Assist with general factory and packaging operations as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven hands-on experience operating form-fill-seal (FFS) machines.

Strong mechanical and technical ability.

Experience in a production or packaging environment.

Previous experience supervising staff and managing workflow.

Practical, reliable and willing to be hands-on.

Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Based in Paarl or surrounding areas.
