Operations Support Manager

We're seeking a talented Operations Support Manager to join our client's team in Mpumalanga!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Logistics Management, Commerce, Engineering, Law or related
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics / operational plant environment
• 5 years’ senior management experience
• Strong rail operations and rail safety knowledge
• Experience within export operations and logistics environments
• Strong understanding of rail regulatory compliance, operational governance and risk management
• Experience managing contractors and key stakeholders
• Knowledge of rail reform
