The position operates cross functionally within Regional Programme Management, Order Management, Technology Rollout, Capitalisation and Delivery Governance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Programme and Project Governance Establish and maintain regional programme governance forums, reporting cadences, stage-gate controls and decision logs. Ensure all regional projects and programmes have approved scope, plans, milestones, budgets, owners, risks, dependencies and success measures. Govern both order-based and non-order-based projects, including strategic build, capacity, network modernisation, infrastructure readiness and Master Build Plan initiatives. Track delivery against baseline plans and escalate delays, cost pressures and quality risks early with clear recovery actions. Maintain a consolidated view of regional projects, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and benefits. Drive governance discipline across internal teams, OEMs, service providers and contractors.
  • Regional Technology Rollout Delivery Lead the regional rollout of Openserve technologies, network infrastructure and strategic delivery programmes. Align planning, engineering, build, implementation, assurance and handover activities to improve delivery predictability. Manage delivery across the order-to-bill value chain, while governing non-order projects through planning, build, handover, capitalisation and operational readiness. Drive alignment between rollout priorities, capital allocation, customer demand, operational readiness and regional constraints. Ensure site readiness, material availability, service-provider capacity, access dependencies and wayleave requirements are actively managed. Support delivery recovery plans where regional programmes fall behind agreed milestones or customer commitments.
  • Service Provider and OEM Management Manage regional delivery performance of service providers, OEMs and implementation partners against contractual commitments, SLAs, quality standards and safety requirements. Hold suppliers accountable for delivery schedules, workmanship, resource availability, issue resolution and professional conduct at customer and network sites. Coordinate OEM input on technical dependencies, solution readiness, product lifecycle requirements, technology standards and implementation risks. Escalate supplier underperformance, commercial risks, dependency failures and quality concerns through the appropriate governance channels. Use supplier performance data to drive corrective action, contract compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management Act as the regional coordination point for internal teams, OEMs, service providers, contractors, municipalities and customers. Build strong working relationships across Centre, Planning and Engineering, Service Management, Build, Field Operations, Network Operations, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, IT and Customer Experience. Give stakeholders clear visibility of programme status, risks, blockers, required decisions and delivery commitments.
