Junior Store Salesperson (Knysna, Garden Route)

SSK has an exciting career opportunity for a Junior Store Salesperson at our Agriland store in Knysna along the Garden Route. This position offers an excellent platform to develop sales expertise in a thriving agricultural retail environment. The successful candidate will drive profitable, efficient section management, deliver exceptional customer service, and execute effective sales and inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement proactive selling strategies to drive section profitability and performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships within the agricultural retail environment.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure accurate inventory management for the assigned section.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
• Bilingual and fully fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Proficiency in standard office software and retail systems
• General sales orientation
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Effective negotiation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
