What You Will Enjoy Doing

• As a Distribution Supervisor, you will supervise daily distribution and delivery activities for Bulk Distribution
• Managing driver performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies will be required of you
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers is required
• You will monitor fleet utilization, vehicle inspections, and maintenance requirements
• Additionally, you will investigate and resolve delivery, customer service, and operational issues
• You will maintain compliance with health, safety, and transport legislation
• Lastly, you will manage distribution costs, productivity, and operational efficiencies

What Makes You Great

• You possess Matric with Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, or equivalent
• Minimum three to five years' experience in distribution, transport, or logistics operations is expected
• You have at least two years' supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office
• You possess knowledge of health, safety, and transport compliance requirements
• Valid driver's license is essential
