Senior Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5–8 years' experience working across high-end hospitality, commercial, bespoke residential and community projects. Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded professional who can confidently manage projects, engage with stakeholders and provide accurate cost and contractual advice.

The role also offers scope for a driven Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their leadership skills and progress towards future managerial and senior leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years' relevant industry experience.
• Education: BSc/ BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying
• SACQSP registration is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and QS procedures.
• Practical experience in tendering, cost planning, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Proficiency in WinQS and DimX.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel capability.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while managing competing project priorities.
• Valid driver's licence.
