Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in an agency environment. This is a full 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, cold calling, and account management across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Identify and win new recruitment opportunities across various sectors
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief to placement
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery
• Achieve and exceed individual billing and activity targets

Minimum requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment
• Strong business development and cold calling experience
• Proven success in account management and client retention
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
