This opportunity is ideal for a practical, people-focused professional who can translate operational challenges into safe, useful AI-assisted workflows, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot adoption rather than AI solution development.

  • Coach staff on effective prompting using Copilot Chat for research, drafting, summarisation, analysis and problem-solving.
  • Support the practical use of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Guide users in applying AI to document comparison, reporting, data analysis, meeting preparation and exception identification.
  • Help employees develop, test and refine reusable prompts, templates and working practices.
  • Support users of existing AI-enabled solutions, including CAPE Crusader, by explaining capabilities, limitations and required human controls.
  • Analyse current procedures to identify opportunities for AI-assisted process improvements.
  • Reinforce responsible AI practices, including information security, privacy, verification and human review.
  • Develop quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, worked examples and other reusable learning materials.
  • Track adoption, participation, completed use cases, time saved, benefits and lessons learned.
  • Gather user feedback, identify adoption barriers and escalate technical defects or enhancement requests to the relevant teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong practical experience with Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Experience enabling users to adopt and effectively use deployed AI solutions.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, communication and change-adoption skills.

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Good understanding of responsible AI, privacy and information security.
  • Ability to measure adoption and communicate outcomes to management.
  • Financial services or regulated-operations experience will be advantageous.
