What Your Experience Will Look Like:

As a dedicated member of our team, you will:

Actively engage in structured, on-the-job training and mentoring alongside our specialist professionals in functional areas such as Property Management, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other specialist areas.
Participate in essential workshops and seminars to develop critical skills for the business world.
Complete assigned tasks and projects, contributing to real-world success.
Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve collective goals.

What We're Looking For

You can apply for the Redefine Learnership if you meet ALL the following criteria:

You are a South African citizen.
You are between ages 18 - 35 years.
You have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
You have a post-matric qualification (an undergraduate diploma or degree).
You have NO tertiary studies or formal employment planned for 2027.
Currently NOT any learnership.
You are willing to relocate for the duration of the programme.
You do not have a criminal record.
