Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for a friendly, professional and well-organised

Hotel Receptionist to join their team in the Durban South area. The successful candidate must have previous hotel reception experience and be comfortable assisting guests and handling daily front-desk duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide professional customer service.
• Manage reservations, telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest records and assist with general reception and administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience working as a receptionist in a hotel is essential.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy and basic administrative skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a busy hospitality environment.
