Senior Design Architect

Are you an experienced architect with a strong design vision, proven leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional architectural projects? Our client is seeking a talented Senior Design Architect to contribute to innovative design solutions, lead client engagements and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and development of high-quality architectural designs across industrial, commercial and residential projects.
• Oversee design development and ensure architectural solutions are practical, innovative and well resolved.
• Present design concepts to clients, manage expectations and build strong professional relationships.
• Lead negotiations and navigate challenging client discussions with confidence and professionalism.
• Contribute to business development, design strategy and the continued growth of the practice.
• Provide design leadership and foster a collaborative, supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years' architectural experience.
• B.Arch, M.Arch or an equivalent professional degree in Architecture.
• SACAP registration.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent conceptual design and project delivery across various building types.
• Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD, Enscape and Lumion will be advantageous.
