Sales Representative (Vape sales and distribution)- Irene

A leading vape distribution company based in Irene is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for an energetic individual with proven FMCG sales experience who is passionate about building customer relationships and driving sales growth.

The sales representatives will be allocated a geographical territory.

Product knowledge training will be supplied.

Three month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow sales within the allocated territory
• Service existing customers and build strong client relationships
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct regular customer visits and route calls
• Negotiate promotions, pricing, and product placement
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Ensure product availability and visibility in stores
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience calling on retail, wholesale, and independent stores
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's licence
• Own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, target-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment. Experience within FMCG and a proven track record of meeting sales targets will be highly advantageous.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: R10,000 per month
• Commission structure in addition to basic salary
• Fuel will be paid
• Commission details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
