Portfolio Manager – JHB East

Are you a commercially minded property professional with a passion for client relationships and portfolio performance?

Join a dynamic property business where you’ll take ownership of an assigned portfolio, drive lease renewals and occupancy, manage vacancies, oversee billing and financial performance, and ensure properties remain well managed and compliant.

Remuneration:

R300K – R360K C.T.C. per annum (plus R1K fuel allowance pm)

Experience & Requirements:

Min matric PLUS tertiary qualification ideal
Min 3-5yrs in a similar role from the property industry with proven tenant, lease and landlord relationship management.
Property industry experience a must.
Excellent financial/operational understanding as well as experience managing budgets, maintenance and contractors.
Valid drivers license/transport and willingness to travel to sites.
Excellent Afrikaans and English communication skills essential.
