Incentives & Recognition Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Incentives & Recognition Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving employee engagement, recognition and performance within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• A BCom (Marketing), BCom (Communications) or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a comparable role within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience within a sales or call centre environment is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial administration and cash-handling processes is required.
• Event management experience is advantageous.
• A strong comfort and confidence with numbers is essential, with the ability to work accurately with data, validate figures, manage budgets and produce reliable reports independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required, with competency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and video editing platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms used for content creation, communication and reporting.
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn.
