Product Development Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory investigations for new product development projects; operations related projects; and application related projects.
• Evaluate new and alternative raw materials to improve product performance and cost efficiency.
• Support manufacturing operations by investigating process issues and recommending improvements.
• Perform analytical testing and interpretation of data.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC, GLP, food safety, and quality management requirements.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Assist with monitoring laboratory consumables and reagent inventory.
• Compile technical reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to both internal and external customers.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Technical Services, and Quality.
