What You'll Do
- Help international customers by phone, webchat, and email
- Handle bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations
- Keep customer details accurate
- Solve problems proactively and own the customer experience

What We're Looking For
- Fluent German
- Grade 12/Matric
- 12 months of international call centre OR airline reservations/travel agency experience
