Partnerships and Advocacy Coordinator

The main purpose of the Partnerships & Advocacy Coordinator is to hold and grow the Jakes Gerwel Fellowship’s strategic partnerships, and to plan and deliver the communications and advocacy work that supports them. The Partnerships & Advocacy division sits at the intersection of all JGF divisions and is aligned with programme delivery and organisational strategy. You will work with the Head of Partnerships & Advocacy to keep today’s work on track while contributing to where the organisation is heading.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and a quick learner who is comfortable in the grey. Someone who can explain where our work sits within the wider teacher development ecosystem, and use that understanding to decide what matters. This person is also a strong communicator who can collaborate with various stakeholders to run a project from start to finish.
