Inventory and Device Management Manager

The Inventory and Device Management Manager own the full journey of every Optix device, from the moment stock arrives from a supplier to the point it leaves the building configured, tested and ready to install, and again when a unit returns for repair, refurbishment or disposal. The role leads two teams: Picking, which receives, stores, picks, kits and dispatches stock; and Engineering, which configures, tests, repairs and refurbishes devices.

The role exists to make sure the right device, correctly configured, is in the right place at the right time, with every serial number accounted for. Done well, installations run on schedule, clients receive technology that works first time, stock losses are minimised, and the value tied up in inventory is visible and controlled.
