We are looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and innovative iGaming operation where every interaction matters and customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Contact Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our players across various channels including:

Calls;

Live Chat;

WhatsApp;

Email Support;

You'll assist customers with account queries, registrations, payments, betting assistance, promotions, FICA verification, and general support while ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability;

Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems simultaneously;

Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays;

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;

Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences;

Knowledge of sports betting, online gaming, casino products, or CRM systems will be highly advantageous.

Qualifications

Grade 12 (matric certificate required);

Tertiary education (Customer Relations Diploma or Degree - preferred);

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, is preferred;

Previous experience in a betting/online gaming company (advantageous).
