Junior Internal Sales Consultant | Electrical Engineering Sector

An exciting opportunity is available for a Junior Internal Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team in Pretoria.

We are looking for a customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Follow up on incoming sales enquiries and leads via telephone, email and other communication channels.
Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Prepare and distribute quotations, proposals and sales orders.
Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activity information.
Develop sound product knowledge to effectively advise customers on product features and benefits.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Minimum 2 years' experience in an internal sales or customer service position, within the electrical products or related industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate, with the ability to work confidently on sales software and related systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions.
Professional, reliable and confident when dealing with customers and colleagues.
