What You'll Do
- Help customers in German and English with travel questions
- Make, change and manage bookings
- Find quick, friendly solutions for every traveller
What You Need
- Fluent German and good English
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 12 months of international call centre experience OR airline reservations / travel agency experience
- Flexible for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 02:00
- Living in Cape Town, with South African work authorisation
